    • General operating expenses
      • $19,000 per year
      • Rent, utilities
      • Funded by Appalachian Community Fund, One foundation, Alpha
      • Bring in revenue via hotdog sales on Wednesday ($80 each Wednesday)
      • Rent spaces to crafters
      • selling ceramics $40-50 per month
      • Every fund raiser goes through town and solicit donations
      • $6,000 in bank
  • Need
    • Individual 501c3 – $1,000*****
      • Currently through Challenge West Virginia
      • Also help thru process
    • Informational flyer – free to print, just needs to be designed
    • Pay mileage for volunteers – $12/day ($13,000 per year)
      • 2-3 volunteers per day, more for big events
    •  Appraisal for 2 buildings (current and potential) – $1,500 per building
    • Inspection of building – free
    • Sign – $100 for bracket, $300 for wood sign
    • Buy current building – $35,000
    • Retrofitting current building – $70,000
    • Other building – $65,000
    • Retrofitting of other building – $30,000
    • Community greenhouse – $4,000 on roof
    • Community gardens – $2,000 on roof
    • Farmers market
    • Recycling & curbside pickup
      • Town employee
      • Truck
      • Partnering via county officials or creating own group
    • Small personal gardens – $200 each
      • Make a kit
    • Solar panels on roof – funded mostly through jobs project
    • 2 Portable solar units – $3,500 per unit
    • Ceramic kiln $2,000
    • Slip reclaimer, pouring table, slip – $7,500 (expanding crafts part)
